Back to square one.....

So we had an inspection done on the house we are in contract with and among other things that needed to be done there was a slight moisture problem in the attic and the roof looked like it needed to be replaced so we had the FHA appraisal and a licensed roofer go out and they said we needed it replaced so we told the seller that we wanted them to replace it but they said they weren't going to replace it or lower the selling price so we decided last night that we are backing out :( This sucks! We don't know why we are having such bad luck! But I am trying to be positive and say that it is for the best and that there is something better out there for us. That we aren't suppose to have that house. So we are back to looking again! I will keep everyone posted on what goes on.
