Alivia turned 1 on November 29th! I cant believe a year has gone by so fast already! Its crazy! She has brought so much joy and happieness in our lives! She has been walking since about 9 1/2 months, she still only has 6 teeth (4 on top, 2 on bottom), but is getting another one on the bottom. She waves bye-bye, blows kisses, gives high fives and knows where her nose is. She says hi, bye-bye, mamma, dadda, uh-oh, no, and is starting to say Bam (our dog). She LOVES to climb all over Bam and even uses his head as a stepping stool to climb on the furniture! He is so great with her and is so patient! She climbes up our stairs and not until just recently we discovered she knows how to come back down! I am still very nervous and watch her to make sure she doesnt fall or that Bam doesnt knock her down. But if we let her she will only improve. :) Mike also "helps" her climb by holding her hands and basically letting her do all the work from there. He is totally teaching her bad habits! LOL! :) Her stats at her 1 year check up were: Weight: 18lbs: 8%, Height: 29in: 48%, and Head Circ: 17.5in: 32%. Her doctor isnt very impressed by her weight so we have to take her back in in a month to re-check her weight. I love being able to be home with her for most of the day. My work hours are only about 3 hours a day so Mike is with her while I am at work but then I get her the rest of the day! Some days are challenges but most are great! I love to see her learn new things, play with her, dance with her (cutest dancer ever!), and make her laugh! She brings smiles and laughter in this house everyday! It just wouldnt be the same without her! We love you so much beautiful! Cant wait for many more memories to come!
